Our Story
Calvary Worship Centre was founded in 1992 with a vision to create a church that welcomes people from all nations and backgrounds. From humble beginnings, we have grown into a vibrant, Spirit-led community dedicated to teaching Scripture, worshiping God, and serving our city and beyond. Over the years, God has blessed us with opportunities to expand our ministries, strengthen families, and build lasting relationships in Christ. Today, we continue to be a place where people can grow in faith, experience authentic community, and discover their purpose in God’s plan.

Our Practices
We believe in the power of prayer and faithfully anoint and pray for those who are unwell, trusting God for healing, strength, and comfort.
We joyfully dedicate children of Christian parents to the Lord, committing to raise them in faith and prayer within the support of our church family.
We practice water baptism for believers as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ and a symbol of new life in Him.
We regularly share in Communion, remembering Christ’s sacrifice and proclaiming His death and resurrection until He comes.
We encourage the biblical use of spiritual gifts in worship and ministry, allowing the Holy Spirit to build up and strengthen the church.
We follow biblical principles of correction and restoration, seeking unity, accountability, and spiritual growth within the body of Christ.
