Calvary Worship Centre exists to proclaim the gospel of Christ to ALL NATIONS and to equip them for their ministry in the church and in the world.
The Bible says,
But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted about above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. 2 And Many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.”
(Micah 4:1-2).
Jesus also said,
Is it not written, “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations? But you have made it a den of thieves.”
This is the vision that calls us. To be a church of nations, reaching out to all nations. A church that is as widely welcoming as there are cultures in the world. And this vision is rooted not only in the Great Commission, but the whole of Scripture. In a world torn apart by increasing racial conflict, we believe that true reconciliation is available in Jesus Christ. That is why the church of Jesus has been chosen and set apart, not to segregate, but to demonstrate this reconciliation by living out the joy of accepting, loving and respecting all peoples irrespective of their race or cultural background (Galatians 3:26-28).
We exist to communicate Christ to all nations in our immediate neighbourhood and beyond, and to equip them for their ministry in the church and in the world.

We believe in:
1. One God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
2. The divine inspiration of the Old and New Testament, and their authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
3. Universal sinfulness of the human race, whereby mankind is subject to the just judgment of God, and therefore the necessity of new birth through Christ, our redeemer. It is by the Holy Spirit that our salvation and spiritual life is obtained.
4. The incarnation of the Son of God, Jesus, born of the Virgin Mary, conceived of the Holy Spirit, lived a sinless life, died, and rose again and effected full salvation for all mankind. By personal faith in Him as Redeemer, a sinner is freely justified.
5. The person of the Holy Spirit, whose ministry is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age to convict sinners, to regenerate the believer, and indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for godly living and service.
Calvary Worship Centre was established through the ministry of Dr. Sam Owusu and his wife Rosemond. We held our first service on June 7, 1992 with four people in attendance. Since then the church has grown to become a cutting-edge ministry representing over sixty-five nations from all continents. We have found knowing Jesus personally and carrying on His ministry provides daily peace and fulfillment even in difficult times.
Calvary Worship Centre is an inter-denominational church, international in attendance, biblical in its message, vibrant in its worship, focused in its commitment to prayer, genuine in its fellowship, and committed in its service to all ages from all walks of life.
At Calvary Worship Centre, we believe you are precious to God. It is our prayer that you will meet Jesus here.
We trust God will meet you at the point of your need and touch your heart and impact your life for eternity.
There is new life at Calvary! Don?t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We are here to help you.
